Individual Development Plan (IDP)

Private Football Academy | Four Corner Model

Our IDP provides a tailored, player-focused approach to development, built around the Four Corner Coaching Model—Technical, Tactical, Physical, and Psychological.

Technical: Enhancing core skills like passing, shooting, and ball control with position-specific training and regular technical assessments.

Tactical: Improving game understanding, decision-making, and positional awareness through scenario-based drills and match analysis.

Physical: Developing strength, speed, agility, and endurance through individualized fitness programs aligned with the demands of the game.

Psychological: Building confidence, focus, and resilience through mindset coaching, goal-setting, and reflection.

Each plan is personalized, regularly reviewed, and designed to help players reach their full potential both on and off the pitch.

In order to leave, you must contact either your coach or one of the directors through the app (360 Player) or in person,

This will then trigger your 28 day cancellation period (this is due to paying our coaches & pitch costs upfront to ensure the quality of the programmes)

However if payment is taken within the before 28 day cancellation period refunds will be issued.
